Today I ordered over the phone, I asked for a half pound cheeseburger with mayo and salad, quarter pound cheeseburger with salad and bbq; then a Donner kebab wrap with salad and chilli on it. After saying the first cheeseburger the guy then started talking to someone else while I was on the phone, came back couldn’t remember my order asked for my address and didn’t know understand the last part of my address which is “close”. So I repeated my order to the guy on the phone, he then got the half pounder and quarter pounder mixed up. When I corrected him he had a full on go at me down the phone like a child would. He said that I got the order wrong and that it wasn’t his fault, he was shouting this down the phone at me. No apology or anything either.
If it wasn’t for the fact I’ve barely eaten all day and my boyfriend has just come back from three peaks, I would’ve cancelled the order and go somewhere else.
Don’t think I’m ordering from here ever again which is a shame as it was my fave takeaway but if staff are going to speak to customers like that.
